Overview
In 2015 Reach embarked on a multi-million dollar project to develop a Software as a Service product that enables client users to build task-orientated workflows around a central repository of applicant data.
This technology strips away the need to deploy thousands of human operating hours on the assessment of client, customer, or stakeholder onboarding processes. Leveraging advanced user configuration tools and an in-system communications platform, we have been able to achieve outstanding levels of automation.
In 2019 Reach LawTech was established to apply this technology to legal administrative processes, settlements and corporate transactions. Our research found that many firms struggle with overly complex, disconnected systems that create a drain on resources, are prone to errors, and are costly to maintain.
